A 100 person minimum is required.

Packages are priced at $150.00 per person

and are subject to a 20% service charge, MA sales tax .

and a $1500.00 site fee.

 

Adjacent to The Ocean House is the Three Seasons Resort.

There are sixty-five rooms which may be blocked for your out of town guests.
